Why do you charge for the assessment?
A hacked or broken website can’t be priced honestly from a description. The assessment establishes what has happened, how far it has spread and what the work requires, so the quote you receive is fixed and accurate. If the quoted urgent work goes ahead within seven days, the $195 is credited in full.
Is the quote fixed?
Yes. You receive a fixed quote with inclusions and exclusions before anything is recovered or repaired. If something outside that scope is found, we explain it and ask before doing any extra work.
How much does emergency WordPress repair cost?
Emergency repair is quoted after the $195 + GST assessment, because a critical error can come from a plugin conflict, a failed update, a PHP change or a server problem, and each takes different work to fix.
How much does a WordPress care plan cost?
Care plans are $99, $385 or $650 per month including GST, depending on the level of care and the complexity of the site. A one-off $330 onboarding audit applies to every new plan. Plans are month-to-month with no lock-in contract.
How much is managed WordPress hosting?
